  I. What is VIRALBY?

VIRALBY is a platform where you can:

• Complete simple online tasks (leave a review, create a post, story, video, etc.)

• Get VIBY for this – our internal currency

• Exchange Points for real rewards from various brands and companies: discounts, gifts, free goods

It’s like a game: create content and get benefits from brands.

II. How does it work?

1. Join the brand’s campaign

2. You choose the task you want to complete.

3. Publish content according to the assignment (review, post, story, video, etc.)

4. Send confirmation (link or screenshot)

5. You get VIBY 💰

6. Exchange VIBY for rewards from brands 🎁

Everything is simple, transparent and without intermediaries.

III. What is a campaign?

A campaign is a set of tasks and rewards from a single brand. Each brand can have:

• Open campaign (visible to everyone)

   

• Access Code Campaign (for select users only)

   

• Temporary promotional campaigns (limited in time)

📌 To participate, you need to join the campaign – and you will see available tasks and rewards.

IV. How to complete tasks?

Examples of tasks:

• Write a product review on Trustpilot

• Create an Instagram story featuring our brand

• Make a short video about your experience

• Leave a comment on Reddit

• Share a link to this product on Telegram

Each task contains:

• 📌 Description

• ✅ Requirements (e.g.: “at least 30 words,” “include our hashtag,” “mention the brand”)

   

• 💡 Recommendations for implementation

   

• 💰 How many points will you get?

   

How to confirm execution?

After publication:

• Insert a link to the content or

• Upload a screenshot (if it’s a story, messenger, etc.)

The system or moderator will check your work and:

• Will accept and award Points or

• Will send it back for revision with a comment

V. What is VIBY?

VIBY is your “earned points” in VIRALBY.

You receive them for completing tasks and can spend them on any available rewards – Benefits.

💡 The more difficult the task, the more points.

VI. How to get Benefits?

Go to the “Benefits” section. There you will find:

Click the “Get” button and you will:

• You will receive a special promo code and link.

• Or you will receive a link/instructions on how to get Benefit
  

VII. What to do if the assignment is not accepted?

1. Check the comment from the moderator

    

2. Make sure everything meets the requirements:

   • There is a hashtag, brand, and ref-code.

   • The required volume of text

   • your publication is available and has not been deleted

3. If the task can be repeated, try again.

📌 Sometimes you can complete a task multiple times if it’s a regular task – check the conditions on the task card.

VIII. My Profile and History

In your personal account, you can:

• View the status of all tasks (under review, accepted, rejected)

• Track your VIBY balance

• See all the awards you’ve received

• Receive notifications about new tasks

IX. Security and Integrity

• Don’t try to upload fake screenshots, it’s easy to spot.

• One user = one account

• Violations may result in blocking

X. Frequently Asked Questions

❓ Do I need to pay to participate? No, participation is completely free. You only receive rewards.

❓ Who sees my data? Only you and the brand, if you submit the content yourself. We don’t share data with third parties.

❓ Do points expire? No, they’re saved as long as you’re active.

❓ Where can I get an Access Code to participate in a private (targeted) campaign? The brand can send it to you via email, Telegram, or on their website. Enter the code when logging in.
